Conros Chateau dates back to the 12th and 15th centuries Starting in the chapel, you will going along visiting the “Museum of Popular Traditions and Arts”, the vaulted weapons hall, the rare Renaissance staircase, the guardsmen hall with its huge fireplaces. 2 exhibitions : “Ode aux Parfums” about perfume, and “Cantal en Miniature” dealing with the typical architecture of the Cantal.

BESSONIES
16th century chateau remodelled during the 19th century.
The owners will give you a warm welcome and take you on a tour of Maréchal Ney's bedroom, the library and the chateau's collection of waxwork figures…

Open from Wednesday to Sunday between Easter and All Saints Day.
Tours start on the hour, every hour between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. inclusive.

VIEILLEVIE
Medieval fortress (11th-13th centuries), remodelled during the Renaissance (15th-16th centuries).
Situated in the Lot valley, not far from Conques; the owner will take you on a tour of the many architectural features that testify to a rich history stretching back over a thousand years. You will also see where the soldiers took up their positions to defend the fortress during the Middle Ages.
